  3. Tap "Use QR Code"
  4. Scan the QR code from your email
  5. Tap Continue and complete setup
  6. Label your plan (e.g., "K-Medical eSIM")

  1. Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Use QR Code
  2. Tap "Enter Details Manually" at the bottom
  3. Enter SM-DP+ Address & Activation Code

  2. Tap "Add eSIM" (or + icon)
  3. Select "Scan QR code from service provider"
  4. Scan the QR from your email and tap "Add"
Option B: Manual Installation
  1. SIM manager > Add eSIM > Scan QR code
  2. Tap "Enter activation code" at the bottom
  3. Paste the activation code string provided

  • • Connections > Mobile networks > Data roaming: ON
Q: I've arrived, but I don't have an internet connection.
Solution 1: Double-check if Data Roaming is ON specifically for the eSIM profile.
Solution 2: Turn on Airplane Mode for 30 seconds, then off. Restart your phone if necessary.
Q: It still says 'Activating' or 'No Service'.
Activation can take 10-15 minutes. If it persists, check if your phone requires a manual APN setup (Instructions in confirmation email).
